As a Blackbird RSVP event host, you have full control over your refund policy. This guide explains how to process refunds when needed.


Your Refund Policy

  • You decide your refund policy: Blackbird RSVP allows you to determine whether you offer refunds for your events.

  • Flexibility: You can issue refunds at any time before the proceeds are sent to you.

How to Process a Refund

If you decide to issue a refund to a ticket buyer, you have two easy options:

Option 1: Contact Form

  1. Include the following information:

    • Event name

    • Ticket buyer's name and email

    • Amount to be refunded

    • Reason for refund (optional)

  2. Submit your request

Option 2: Email

  1. Send an email to [email protected]

  2. Include the same information as above:

    • Event name

    • Ticket buyer's name and email

    • Amount to be refunded

    • Reason for refund (optional)

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Our team will process your refund request promptly

  • The refunded amount will be returned to the ticket buyer's original payment method

  • You'll receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
