If you decide to issue a refund to a ticket buyer, you have two easy options:

Ticket buyer's name and email
Amount to be refunded
Reason for refund (optional)
Submit your request
Option 2: Email

Refund Processing Timeline
Our team will process your refund request promptly
The refunded amount will be returned to the ticket buyer's original payment method
