Creating recurring events or events with similar themes is easy with Blackbird RSVP's duplication feature. This guide will show you how to save time by reusing the design choices and page content from your previous events.

Duplicating a past event allows you to:
Maintain consistent branding across multiple events
Save time on design and content creation

Keep successful event formatting that worked well for attendees

What Gets Duplicated
When you duplicate an event, these elements will carry over:
Page design and layout
Color schemes and styling
Section organization
Images
Text formatting
RSVP field configuration
Ticket types and structure
What Doesn't Get Duplicated
These elements will NOT carry over and must be set up again:
Event date and time (this requires new information)
Attendee data from the previous event
Payment information
Specific event URL (a new unique URL will be generated)
Tips for Successful Duplication
Always review all content carefully to avoid displaying outdated information
Update any seasonal references or time-specific content
Consider refreshing images while maintaining your design aesthetic
